Owner’s Bio
Jae Green, MSM, PA-C
Jae is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of clinical experience, including a decade in Orthopedic Surgery at Bronson Hospital. A two-time graduate of At Western Michigan University, he earned a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Health Services and a Master of Science in Medicine. Throughout his career, Jae has been known for his precision, empathy, and genuine passion for helping people improve their lives. As someone who has prioritized personal wellness for over 25 years, co-founding Echelon Health + Vitality, alongside Dr. Ashwin Sabbani, was a natural next step—an opportunity to bring a more holistic, preventative, and lifestyle-focused approach to the healthcare space.
Now living in the Kalamazoo area with his wife and two children, Jae remains deeply committed to his community and to reshaping how patients experience wellness. His vision for Echelon is to build a trusted statewide brand that connects patients with expert providers, lifestyle coaches, and forward-thinking wellness solutions. Whether supporting medical weight loss, IV hydration, or overall lifestyle transformation, Jae is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves—mentally, physically, and emotionally. With plans to expand into aesthetic medicine and other personalized services, Jae has big aspirations for the future of Echelon.
Dr. Ashwin Sabbani
Dr. Ashwin Sabbani, M.D., is the medical director and co-founder of Echelon Health + Vitality. He is a board-certified emergency medicine doctor with a passion for promoting health, wellness, and preventative care. Dr. Sabbani is originally from Battle Creek. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University, followed by medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He completed his residency at St. John Hospital in Detroit prior to moving to South Florida, where he currently works as a practicing Emergency Department physician.
In 2018, Dr. Sabbani founded Nuvo You Medical Spa in Miami Beach, FL, which he continues to own and operate. He looks forward to bringing his knowledge and experience from South Florida to West Michigan. His vision of Echelon is to create a relaxed, comfortable environment that is accessible for the highest standard of medical care, whether for preventative health, recovery, or anti-aging. Dr. Sabbani is always happy to also consult on any questions regarding IV Therapies, IV Iron treatments, and NAD+ treatments. He also provides consultations for Medical Marijuana and Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments for hair, skin, and joint care.
